Create and Manage Patient Images

This article will explain how to attach an image to a patient record as well as how to view existing attachments. Images will be attached to the patient record and accessible on the website.

Adding an Image

  1. To add an image to an existing patient, swipe the patient to the left, tap the More button, then select Capture Image.
  2. Choose the image source:

  3. Take one or more pictures of the page(s) using the camera button. Each picture will become a new attachment.  Choose Retake or Use Photo.
  4. Take one or more pictures of the page(s) using the camera button. Each picture will become a new attachment.  Choose Retake or Use Photo.

Optional: Add Document Description

To add a document description, type in the description and tap OK.

 

Optional: Add Another Document

Tap Yes to attach another image, or tap No to return to your patient list screen.

View/Capture All Attachments

To view all attachments or capture new ones, tap on the patient and select the relevant attachment tab (Images, Audio, Documents). You will have the option to capture a new attachment in each tab.
