Once a charge has been submitted, that charge is now listed as a historical or past charge and can be viewed from the mobile app. This article will explain how to see past charges.
NOTE
The download limit for past charges is set to 10 by default. This setting can be changed in your Account preferences from the web application.
Access Charge History
- Swipe the patient to the left and tap the green Charges button
- The Charge Summary screen will open to the New Charges list. Tap Historical to see charges already submitted to the back-office
Clone Historical Charges
Historical charges cannot be edited, but can be Cloned - or copied to a different date. To Clone a historical charge, swipe it to the left and tap the Clone button.
