Once you have completed your charge entry for the day, you should submit your charges to the web application. This article will review how to submit your charges.
NOTE: You may submit your charges as often as you like. We recommend once a day so your billers can process the charges quickly.
A Number in the Circle Indicates Unsubmitted Charges
On the Patient List screen, a colored circle will appear beside the patients. A number will show in the circle to indicate how many charges are still on the phone as un-submitted. If the charges are for the current date, the circle will be green. If the charges are for a previous date, the circle will be red.
Review Your Charges Before Submitting
Before you submit your charges, you can review them by tapping the bars in the upper left corner of the patient list screen to open the menu, and choosing New Charge Summary.

The Charge Summary screen will list all unsubmitted charges on your phone, and allow you to delete or edit the charges before you submit them.

To delete a charge, swipe it to the right & tap the red Delete button. To edit & change the CPT or ICD code(s), tap the charge to open the charge detail screen.

Submit All New Charges
From the main Patient List screen, tap the menu bars in the upper left corner, then select Submit Charges from the menu. Please note: if there are no charges on the phone, or if the sync is running, the Submit Charges option will be grayed out.

Submit New Charges for a Single Patient
To submit charges for a single patient, swipe the patient to the left and tap the More button. Tap Submit Charge(s) for Pt.
