Customize your Patient List screen

This article will explain how to customize, filter, and sort your patient list view.

Customization Menu

  1. Tap the bars in the upper left corner to access the menu.
  2. Select Customize Patient List

    3. Use the check boxes to enable or disable patient information to display. Use the gray bars on the              side to drag the fields into the order you want them to appear.

    4. When finished, press Save.

You can also use the Filter button at the top right of the Patient List screen to change the sort order & apply multiple filters to see only the patients you need.

 

Filtering your Patient List

Filter Options

First Name, Last Name, Account, Owning Physician, Location, PCP, X-Cover (if applicable), Room, Service Group (if applicable)

 

Choosing Filter Criteria

  1. Access the filter/sort menu -tap Filter at the top right of the Patient List.
  2. Select Location Filter or Provider Filter
    Note: If you want to add a custom filter, select Add Filter 1 or Add Filter 2
  3. Select the desired filter option (if creating a custom filter)
  4. Select the desired filter criteria.
  5. Press Done to save your changes.

 

 

Remove the filter by going back into the selected filter & unchecking your selections.

 

Sorting the patient list

 

Sort Options

First Name, Last Name, Owning Physician, Location, X-Cover (if-applicable), Room Number, Admit Form, Last Service, Charity Case, and Medicare UDF

 

Choosing Sort Criteria

  1. Access the filter/sort menu -tap Filter at the top right of the Patient List.
  2. Select Modify Sort 1 or Modify Sort 2
  3. Select the desired sort criteria.
  4. Press Done to save your changes.

Sort Ascending/Descending

  1. To change alpha/numeric sorting, select Sort Descending (sort from high to low value) or Sort Ascending (sort from low to high value). The sort option displayed will always be the opposite of the current selection for your patient list.
