Common Issues

My private room link isn't loading

If for some reason your direct room link (URL) does not work, patients can navigate to https://telemed.mdtech.com/ in their browser and manually enter the provider room ID.

I can't see my patient's video

  1. Please make sure that when your patient enters the waiting room, they click "Allow" when the browser requests access to their camera and microphone.
  2. Ensure that pop-up blockers are not turned on for the page.
  3. Ensure that the patient's device has a working video camera.

I can't hear my patient's audio
