My private room link isn't loading
If for some reason your direct room link (URL) does not work, patients can navigate to https://telemed.mdtech.com/ in their browser and manually enter the provider room ID.

I can't see my patient's video
- Please make sure that when your patient enters the waiting room, they click "Allow" when the browser requests access to their camera and microphone.
- Ensure that pop-up blockers are not turned on for the page.
- Ensure that the patient's device has a working video camera.
I can't hear my patient's audio
- Please make sure that when your patient enters the waiting room, they click "Allow" when the browser requests access to their microphone.
- Ensure that pop-up blockers are not turned on for the page.
- Ensure that the patient's device has a working microphone.
