Followups disappear

When I submit a followup request to my staff, they disappear into limbo after they are acted on.  Can they be archived the same way charges are?

    Hi Dr. Rao

    There are Follow Up reports available on the web portal, a list of the processed follow ups, and the dashboard also show both pending & completed follow ups.


    I have modified your portal access so you can see the processed follow ups.  Please let us know if you have any problems.
