PLEASE NOTE:  Resetting your password from the mobile app changes your password for the Web Portal as well.

Logged-Out

From the login screen, tap the bars in the upper left corner to open the menu, then tap Forgot Password & follow the prompts.

Logged-In

From within the app, tap the bars in the upper left corner to open the menu, then tap the bottom button that says Online, Offline, or Syncing to get this menu, then tap Change Password:

You will see a popup that shows the password rules for your database:

Tap OK, then fill in the existing, new & confirm password fields. Tap Update to save the change:
