How do I change my password?

If you forget your password for the mobile app or just want to change it, you can do so from both the Web Portal and the mobile app.

To reset your password from the Web Portal, follow the instructions here.
To reset your password from the mobile app, follow the instructions here.

PLEASE NOTE:  Resetting your password from the mobile app changes your password for the Web Portal and visa-versa.
