Managing and Sorting Favorites List

You can access the favorites list in two ways:

  • Navigating directly to the favorites list (Menu > CPT/ICD-10 Favorites)
  • While adding a charge CPT/ICD 10 code (+Charge)

Add Favorite

From the Main Screen

  1. Tap the menu icon  on the top-left of the screen and select CPT/ICD-10 Search
  2. Type in a code, keyword, or description to search
  3. To add the code to your Favorites List for faster selection, swipe the CPT to the left and tap +Favorite

  

 

 

 While Entering a Charge

  1. Tap in the Global Search bar at the top of the screen
  2. Type in a code, keyword, or description to search
  3. To add the code to your Favorites List for faster selection, swipe the code to the left and tap +Favorite
  4. Choose an existing category or create a new category to add the code to.

 

               

 

                                                                                                                              

 

Sorting Your Favorites List

  1. Tap the A/Z on bottom right corner of favorites list
  2. Tap your choice of how you would like your list sorted

 

 

 

Remove Favorite

From the Main Screen

  1. Tap the menu icon on the top-left of the screen and select CPT/ICD-10 Favorites
  2. Swipe right on the code and press 

During charge capture

  1. From your Favorites List, swipe right on the code and press 

 

Rename/Delete Categories

  1. Navigate to the Category Management screen by tapping on the Category icon in the CPT/ICD favorites list view. 
  2. Swipe the Category to the right/left to delete/rename it.

 

NOTE

  • If you do not have any categories, all codes will be in the General (uncategorized) folder and codes will display in an alphanumeric list. As soon as you add a code to a new category, the code results will switch to the Category view. You must have at least one code in your category before it will appear in your Favorites List
  • Deleting a Category will move all codes within it into the General (uncategorized) folder
