The MDTech Help Center allows you to browse MD Coder knowledge articles, submit support tickets, and even share new feature ideas with other MD Coder users! The Help Center gives customers the most relevant answers and information automatically—and in context—for a faster self-service experience.
At MDTech we put a premium on giving our users a voice. The feature request community was put in place to do exactly that - allow users to post feature requests and ideas that they want to see in future versions of MD Coder/MD Messages. Upvote other user's ideas to show that you agree with them! Our Product Team meets during the third week of every month to review all posts in the feature request community. Reporting a bug has never been easier. If you can't find what you need in the Help Center, you can quickly submit a ticket to our support team. Submitting a ticket through the Help Center will help to make sure your issue gets to the right team, immediately, so your problem can be fixed ASAP.

Located at the home of the Help Center, The Knowledge Base Hub provides frequently asked questions and tutorials about MD Coder. The Knowledge Base Hub is also home to important product announcements and release notes.
